Unique 2 bedroom apartment with an exclusive terrace with amazing open views, right in the heart of Lagos. The ideal holiday destination!

This sunny on the top floor of a 3 floor building, has a large terrace with a great view over the Marina and further into Meia Praia beach, ideal for your outdoor meals.Inside it has a spacious livingroom, with a dinning area for 6 people, a opening directly to the terrace. It has 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed and an additionally double sofa-bed in the living room provides sleeping for 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with all the commodities to prepare meals.

Located right in front of the river, with the marina on the opposite side, it's right in the centre of Lagos and at 5 minutes distance from the bus station and 15 minutes from the railway station. Supermarket, restaurants and shops in a 1 minute walk.

The beaches around Lagos are some of the most beautiful of the Algarve, like Praia de Dona Ana, which can be reached after a 25 minutes walk from the centre of the town, Praia do Camilo, a bit further on, and Meia Praia, whose sands stretch for 4 km (2.5 miles) east of Lagos. At driving distance you reach the famous beaches from Vila do Pisbo area, such as Salema, Figueira, Ingrina and Zavial. However, it is the promontory named Ponta da Piedade and sheltering the bay of Lagos which is most admired by visitors, with its caves, rocks and wonderfully transparent waters. North of Lagos, Barragem de Bravura is a water reservoir offering fine views.

We had a lovely stay at Marisa's. The apartment was light and spacious for the four of us and the pictures were very accurate. To improve the apartment could include a few more basic kitchen supplies. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed (old town, beach, marina, supermarket, restaurants etc.). The terrace and views were the best feature of this apartment, would definitely recommend to friends. G. Kenworthy

Belle vue. Appartement spacieux. Pas de produits de base. Chauffe-eau capricieux. Actuellement travaux bruyants contre l'immeuble.
Superbe vue. Appartement spacieux. Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas les produits de base (huile, sel, poivre, produit vaisselle) et qu'il soit difficile de communiquer avec la personne sur place (du coup, nous l'avons dérangée pour un problème de chauffe-eau qui aurait pu se résoudre au téléphone). Nous avons été surpris de découvrir les travaux et le bruit de 8h à 18h...

We arrived at the apartment a and were shown all the basics. There is also a manual to answer questions. The apartment is very comfortable with a nice flow to it. We live in the countryside back home so having morning coffee out on the terrace and watching the bustle of life going by was a treat. Everything you need is moments away and walking along the river or to the beach is wonderful. Would stay here again. R. Brache

Marisa fut une hôtesse attentive par mail. Très agréable séjour à Lagos. Appartement très bien situé et agréable pour 5 personnes, terrasse et vue magnifiques. À notre arrivée comme à notre départ du logement, était présente D. Vitalina, la femme de ménage de l'appartement. Place de stationnement gratuit parfois difficile à trouver mais avec un peu de patience on y parvient ! Quelques aspects négatifs compte tenu du niveau de prestation (et en comparaison avec d'autres expériences de prestations Airbnb, elles, optimales) : - absence totale de produits de première nécessité (papier toilette, savon, produit vaisselle) - tuyauterie salle de bain défaillante (réglage eau chaude douche très sensible) - Le jour de notre départ, nous avons voulu laisser à disposition des nouveaux arrivants des produits de première nécessité (papier toilette restant, produit vaisselle, huile d'olive...). À notre grand étonnement, la femme de ménage nous dit que cela n'était pas possible et qu'elle récupérait tout pour elle ! Détail fâcheux pour nous cinq ! L'appréciation générale aurait dû être excellente mais nous recommandons à Marisa de soigner ce genre de petits désagréments pour optimiser le confort et l'opinion des voyageurs. B. Micaud

We were welcomed by the housekeeper upon our arrival. Although she didn't speak English, she showed us everything in the house and gave the keys. Was a very friendly and nice lady. The house was as on the photos, it is a bit outdated but this also add some charm to the apartment. The roof terrace is amazing! You have a great view over the harbor and can enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets there. Also the location is convenient - just a short walk from the Main Street and fish market is just 5 minutes away. Only downside is that the noise from the street and music from the harbor can be heard very well at night, so light sleeper might have problems with getting a proper night rest. A. Van Putten

The pictures an description of the apartment were very accurate. The outlook from the terrace was outstanding with so much to watch - yachts, fishing boats, tour boats. I don't have the articulacy to do this review justice. The flat itself has everything you need, very spacious with plenty of room for at least 4-6 people. I stayed for a week with my girlfriend and we had an amazing experience. It's the terrace which makes this place absolutely stunning. The morning views over-looking the harbor are incredible and the terrace itself is huge! In terms of location, everything you need is within walking distance and only 5 mins away from the town center. The over experience with Marisa was pain-free; she always responded quickly to any questions and made our stay very enjoyable. I would 100% come back to Lagos and definitely to this home.

El piso esta en un excelente emplazamiento, cerca de la zona de restaurantes y tiendas, se puede ir a todos los sitios andando. Ningún día hemos tenido problema para aparcar justo debajo del bloque. Es amplio, luminoso, dos habitaciones, un aseo y un cuarto de baño, cocina bien equipada y una impresionante terraza con sillas y mesas. Marisa ha estado siempre pendiente y cuando tuve alguna duda sobre como llegar no dudó en llamarme y aclararme la duda. Volveremos en el futuro. Jesús C.

Très agréable séjour pour nous. L'appartement est vraiment grand et confortable. Il n'a jamais fait trop chaud. Pas de problème de bruit. La terrasse est superbe et vraiment idéale pour passer d'agréable repas ou faire des siestes quand il fait trop chaud. L'ascenseur est très pratique. L'emplacement est très pratique: proche de la ville à pied (5 minutes), facile pour se garer gratuitement et pratique pour partir en visite. Il y a un marché juste à proximité, le samedi et un inter-marché à 2 minutes. Marisa est vraiment accessible facilement et disposée à donner tous les renseignements nécessaire. Un seul truc un peu embêtant, ce sont les deux serrures des portes extérieures qu'il faut manœuvrer avant que finalement la clef ouvre la porte. Bref je recommande fortement.

Appartement très spacieux, chaleureux et bien équipé. Belle et grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la marina de Lagos et sur la mer, au loin. Parfait pour un BBQ en fin de journée. Bien situé par rapport à la ville de Lagos et aux différentes plages. À proximité de la route du littoral pour aller se balader. Marisa, l'hôte, est charmante. Elle répond rapidement aux demandes en français!!! Nous avons occupé cet appartement pendant deux semaines à deux couples et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et fort à l'aise. Adresse à recommander à n'importe quel ami ou connaissance!
La terrasse est magnifique. Merci pour le BBQ. Les sardines étaient excellentes! Très belle appartement. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison!

The apartment has the perfect view over the nice harbour of Lagos from a really big and nice terrace!! It is directly located at the main road along the harbour, which of course, gives some noise. But this is a price you pay with pleasure, because you are in the middle of everything. The bus terminal is directly at the back side of the house and to the train station it is only a few minutes walking. Convenient for those who are travelling without a car! It is definitely a good place to have an eventful holiday with fun at the beach and in town and exploring other places of the Algarve by bus.

The property was as advertised, great views of the marina and in proximity to most things in Lagos, 10 minutes walk from the water taxi to the beach, 15 minutes from the potato beach etc. However, there were some things not so great: 1. Noise - the entrance to the apartment is on a busy street, there's traffic night and day, kareoke from across the marina blares nightly until 2.00 am and after that its the punters from clubs and/or bars (its never ending, maybe its a problem in the height of summer but its unbearable) 2. On entry to the apartment we were hit by a strong moldy smell 3. Although the decor is a bit outdated, the rest of the apartment can do with some modernising and repairs, for example the terrace walls are peeling, the sun canopy is worn out which renders it unusable during the day and the rusted security gates that are hard to open and/or close
